How do I register for a Ideapro Logix
course?
Just go to On-Line Registration page, fill
in the fields and click submit. We will do the rest. Alternatively,
you can fill in the registration form included in the course brochure
and fax to +603 56352520
How
would I know if my registration is confirmed?
You
will receive an email confirmation within 3 working days of your
registration. This will be followed by an invoice if your
registration is accepted.
Full payment is required
within 5 days from receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in the
invoice. Ideapro Logix reserve the right to refuse admission, if
payment is not received on time. For early bird registration, kindly
mail/dispatch payment to us in advance. For normal fee payment, you
may hand the payment to us when you come to the program.
How
can I make the payment?
Payment can be made
by Draft/Cheque/Cash payable to Ideapro Logix Sdn Bhd.

offered within the dates advertised
Cancellation
Notice
Cancellation must be received in writing
minimum 7 days before the event. A substitute delegate is welcome if
the intended participant cannot make it to the program. Please inform
us of the name of substitute participant/designation 2 days before
course date. Ideapro Logix reserve the right to postpone or carry
forward the program date due to unforseen circumstances. If you
are unable to attend a course at the revised date, we will credit
100% of any prepaid workshop fees against a future workshop, or, if
requested, make a full refund
